The taste and flavor of our venison yukhoe varies depending on the time of year it is procured, and in order to bring out these changes to the fullest, we carefully prepare a special sauce that matches the condition of the meat we procured! By adding carefully selected aromatic vegetables that go well with the meat from among the seasonal vegetables, the sweet and spicy taste of the sauce and the fresh aromatic vegetables bring out the delicious flavor of the venison!
